Internet Solutions Lifecycle
In order to ensure the highest level of value for its clients, OTS
utilizes an Internet solutions delivery framework referred to as the Internet Solutions
Lifecycle. The Internet Solutions Lifecycle represents such a breakthrough in terms
of the web development industry that the system is now patent-pending.
The Lifecycle is divided into 6 phases:
- IBA (Internet Business Analysis)
- Functional Design
- Manage Results
As an example, let's look at the first component of the Lifecycle,
the IBA. OTS uses a unique methodology to identify the needs and opportunities facing
each company. The IBA consists of dozens of specific questions that are designed
to identify such things as the client's competitive advantage, which their target
market is, ways that their business systems can be streamlined over the web, ways
in which the client can increase customer loyalty and retention etc. The OTS has
been designed to identify how the client's success will be measured on the web,
and to help the Business Partner lay out a specialized Internet business strategy
that will get results for the client in the form of a measurable return on investment.
Each of the six phases of the Lifecycle has defined process flows, guidelines, templates,
tools and forms utilized by the Internet Consultant to maximize client value. As
engineered, the Lifecycle ensures that every client's site is developed and launched
effectively to maximize site traffic, and to achieve the maximum Return-On-Investment
The E-Marketplace System provides the production backbone that enables
OTS Internet Consultants to deliver the highest quality Internet Solutions, in the

The E-Marketplace System is comprised of a global network of web development centers;
all interconnected through OTS’s online production management system MAPS™.

Modular Development Technology
When Henry Ford created the assembly line, the concept was revolutionary
but quite simple; build the best car possible, and find a way to quickly replicate
it millions of times over, with the kinds of quality standards that would exceed
even the best hand built automobile. While every web solution created by OTS is
unique, the development processes leverages off of the same kinds of production
efficiencies deployed by Ford.
By analyzing thousands of unique Internet Solutions, OTS discovered that the vast
majority of client sites could be developed through standard “building blocks”
assembled in non-standard ways. Just as the DNA of each living organism is made

refers to as the Code Depot, along with the various development standards.
Obviously websites can be built much more efficiently by re-using instead of re-developing
programming code, but the benefits of the Code Depot go further. By re-using certified
programming code, the quality of production is heightened to a level unsurpassed
